As an Innotas on-demand IT Governance user, you can mix and match training scenarios to fit your needs, from a comprehensive introduction to Innotas, to mini-sessions focused on specific aspects of the software.

Training options are:

  1. Self-Service Training Modules
    Six- to eight-minute training videos demonstrate specific functions. Available through the Help menu, these on-demand modules provide just-in-time training or can be used as a component of a broader training plan.
  2. Custom Education
    When requested, Innotas can deliver custom training courses that incorporate your unique processes and requirements. These include hands-on exercises and question-and-answer sessions delivered in a live classroom setting or remotely via a Web conference.
  3. Train-the-Trainer Programs
    Innotas Customer Success Managers work with your own instructors to deliver effective end-user or administrator training. Train-the-Trainer programs include Administrator Training, Managing Projects, Submitting and Managing Time, Reporting and Dashboards, and Managing Your Portfolio. This approach arms groups of skilled employees to pass on their knowledge to other users.
